12 days of coached event support running from the 30/6 - 11/7
The First 4 days will be coached pre event training & the practise to best prepare the sailors for the competition, familarising themselves with the venue & specific startegys. A variety of different coaching approaches will be used inlcuding coaching from equipment, on land & running some starts/ races.
Competition days will be from 4/7 - 11/7 with medal racing on the final day. Shoreside coach support will be delivered on both course areas.
