IQfoil Senior equipment open training is for sailors within the class or making the transition an organised training group to maximise their potential and learning from sailing faster more powerful kit. Training will focus around providing technical guidance, program structuring, prioritisation and planning support. As always looking to have lots of fun, pushing hard with a variety of exercises and racing to make the next steps.
The training is part of a full winter program of weekend trainings to help prepare sailors for both national rankers and international regatta attendance.
To attend sailors will need to be using an IQ95 board, Carbon IQfoil and 8m or 9m rig irrespective of age & gender.
Lead Coach will be Ali Masters with additional coaches to be announced.
